Stuck in a Nightmare

Harry Potter had finally defeated the dark lord in the battle of Hogwarts. He was their savior. The boy who ended everything. It took the wizarding world a couple of years to clean up afterwards. The Hogwarts Castle took even longer. Finally everything was complete. Hermione Granger had decided to return to finish her education. Harry became the Head at the Auror Office at the youngest age of 27. Ron also worked beside him. Kingsley Shacklebolt became the new Minster of Magic and reassured the wizarding world that he would do his best. The Trio, along with many students of their year, had formed relationships and eventually married. Starting new lives and often finding themselves, expecting or not, starting a family.

The Ministry of Magic had to deal with a lot more in the first couple of months after the Second Wizarding World War had ended. They were rounding up Death Eaters left from right. Strong security measures were put in place to insure that their employees were not spying . They had managed to take down the laws that Lord Voldemort had put in place. They were also finding themselves preforming the Memory Charm on those that were affected very strongly by the war.

Hogwarts had gone through many staff changes. Minerva McGonagall is now the Headmistress at the castle. She is doing whatever she can to protect her students and her school. The Defense Against the Dark Arts class has a permanent teacher. The curse was lifted after Voldemort’s downfall. Pureblood students are slowly getting to know their fellow mates, both halfbloods and muggle-born. There are some, however, that are still holding on truly to the old ideas that purebloods are superior to them. They cannot be won.

The year is 2026 and the world is a different place. A lot more people have reconciled from their old ways. A lot of people had started fresh. Peace had settled throughout the world. But not for long. Despite the Ministry’s best efforts to keep them locked up, the Death Eaters have broken out of Azkaban. They are bloody thirsty and out for revenge. One by one people start to disappear. Disappearances and murders are happening left from right. It seems that the Death Eaters are rallying around a new Dark Lord. Theories are springing up as to whom this mysterious person is. Clearly harsher and more unforgiving than Lord Voldemort, one can only assume that the Dark Lord is even worse than Voldemort. The Order of the Phoenix has been restarted by Harry Potter. Through the help of Albus and James Potter Dumbledore's Army has also been restarted, Once again, people are slowly finding themselves Stuck in a Nightmare.
