HISTORY, zeke was born into a wonderful family, one that he thought he could always be happy in. zeke went through life making friends left and right, loving people all around him, taking every feeling in that he could muster. he was a true lover. one that anyone would embrace with open arms. on august fifth, zeke's fifteenth birthday, his father was diagnosed with cancer. zeke automatically put everything that he could in it to get his father out of this trouble that he was having. he went to every single doctor appointment, every single chemo, and was always there by his father's side. his father meant the world to him. two years later, after a lot of work and effort in helping make his father better, david macportland passed away with his son by his side. zeke's mother didn't take it well, falling into a deep depression, which again zeke turned to help her. he tried to give her positive aspect in things, but a year later, his mother killed himself. zeke was the one to find her body.
after that, zeke withdrew into himself, and became the asshole that he is today. he finds little happiness in his life, and truly believes that he will never find happiness in anything. going through so much in his teen years tore zeke apart.
