PERSONALITY, The best way to describe Mike is that he's a quirky little kid-at-heart who sticks out in the crowd like a sore thumb. Mike's different, and he's completely proud of it. He has his own style and his own wacky ideas that most people don't understand except him. Mike would be cool to some and weird to others, but he always laughs that he's "a heck of an epic combination of both." He can't be annoyed. He takes every insult tossed his way as nothing and laughs it off, but he wears his heart on his sleeve. He likes to keep his head down and get his work done most of the time and it unnerves him whenever someone tries to stir up some trouble. He's a lover, not a fighter. But he's not a doormat. He'll get involved in issues at school but he knows when enough is enough. He's chilled out, but he's wise in the head. You can tell him anything and get some very wise, thought-out advice in return. He finds it hard to hate people because he automatically looks out for the good in people. It's like....a gift xD He loves kids and he's great around them, probably because mentally he's one himself. He loves how innocent and sweet they are, kind of like himself. If he's being perfectly honest he'd skip everything in a relationship and go straight to having kids, as much as a romantic he is. He just loves kids.

OTHER FAMILY, Little sister Freya, aged 17. He'd die for her. Freya had a twin called Amelia but she's deceased. He also has his grandfather who is in the care of the family prior to his heart attack, Warren Smyth, aged 78.
HISTORY, Mike was born twenty-one years ago to happily married couple, David and Annabelle Rowan. They called him Mikel, knowing he would adopt the name Mike. Mike grew up in a small flat in California and when he was four years old Mike's younger sisters Freya and Amelia were born. After that, the family moved into a big house in the country after inheiriting David's father's fortune a few months before the twins were born. There was a lot of things wrong with the flat so this house in the country was a breath of fresh air. Mike no longer go sick like he did in the flat, the family had plenty of space and everyone was happy. Mike started school and he loved it and Freya and Amelia had plenty of space to run and explore when they were toddlers. That was, until the fire.
Mike woke up one night to screaming and noticed smoke in the air. The house was on fire. He jumped out of bed, grabbing one of his faviourite teddy bears and running downstairs. His dad was in the hallway, holding Freya close to his chest so the smoke wouldn't smother her. He bustled the two outside and yelled directions over the sound of the house collapsing behind them. Then Mike stopped and yelled, "Wait! Mum and Amelia!" and turned to run in after them. That was when his mum appeared from the smoke, sobbing in shock and holding a still bundle to her chest. Mike and his dad couldn't bear to look but they saw the blood stains on the blanket and knew what had happened. Amelia's funeral was surrounded by sobbing as the now homeless family trailed off to their new home. They were given a small, crowded flat, worse than the one they lived in when Mike was born. David vowed that he would get his family a proper home, he would raise the money somehow. Whatever it took.
And he did. He got enough money for a two-bedroom house in a peaceful neighbourhood, and life after that was fine for the Rowans. Mike finished school and went on to University where he studied Drama. He started learning to play guitar aged 14, so also took a qualification in Music as well. That's pretty much how we got here.
