* - - - you flooded through my veinsYOU LEFT ME BROKENOren was smiling, oh yes he was. His lips were curled up as he held onto the phone. His tone was chatty and his voice seemed to dance and sing with beautiful French words as he spoke with his brother, Nero, on the phone. The conversation lasted around two hours. Oren would have to slap himself for doing this as Nero had moved to America and from France that was one LONG distance. Still, it was worth it. They talked about a lot of things, mostly about what each other had been doing. Nero got a job in an art gallery, selecting pieces and giving them maintenance which in turn would allow him to be close to art and maybe get the chance to slip his own art in the gallery one day. He sounded very happy to Oren, as if he didn’t miss him. Eh, that was a needle right to his heart. They also talked about their parents and the possibilities of them gathering all as a family for Christmas. Nero mentioned the chances were slim though, since the gallery would be holding a special Christmas exposition and he had to be there, but still he made the promise to try. That would make it two needles to Oren’s heart right there… or maybe a needle and a nail. They finally had to cut off the conversation since it was night time for Oren and Nero was still working.
He hung the phone, staring at the crimson red speaker and letting the smile completely fade from his face. He smiled while talking because Nero somehow always knew when he wasn’t. Twin thing, he guessed, but it was enough of fake happiness. He missed his brother and it hurt to feel that he didn’t miss him the same way. Looking around his apartment Oren suddenly felt very alone, like he always did after hanging up with his twin. Yeah that was probably the worst way to feel. Whining a little Oren wandered around the apartment for a few minutes. It was cold, it was lonely, and he didn’t want to be there. Pulling out his phone he sent a quick message to Rhea, more or less telling her that he was coming over. He would’ve messaged Anouk, but she was probably busy with Alex and he didn’t want the guy hating on him more than he did already. There was also the option of messaging Maxton but he liked the guy, and he didn’t want him to see Oren in one of his pity modes. Rhea was perfect for that, because she understood and he was like… awesome in a thousand levels for when Oren felt like this. Grabbing his coat and phone he hopped out of the apartment towards Rhea’s tattoo place.
It probably would’ve been better to wait til she closed up and left home but… meeeeh Oren was behaving like a mopey little creep and he wanted company like now. It wasn’t too far away anyway, he just had to take the shortest route possible (which included being barked to obvlivion by a dog) and he’d be there in less than ten minutes. Sure enough, he smiled brightly when he arrived to the tattoo parlour and the lights were still on. He opened the door, with his sad puppy face already in place and opened his coat in a very exhibitionist way except for the fact that he was fully clothed. “I want a tattoo that reads ‘my life is over’ all in caps and with some flashy font.” He said, with that thick French accent that he never managed to get rid of. “Hug me?” He whined a little bit more and made grabby hands towards Rhea. He wasn’t normally so pathetic but yeah… conversations with his twin turned him into a puddle of sap and fail.

Being a twin was never all too easy, you were both always plunged together because that’s what everyone thought was best for you and once you started spending too much time together everyone wanted to separate you. During her childhood she always clung to her older brother, her twin, her best friend, she always wanted to stay with him because he always loved her and protected her. Days were always great with him but ever since they had separated they hadn’t spoken to each other, which was quite a long time. A few months was long, it took her a few months to get settled in Paris, a few months to get away from everything from their past and to just settle down with a smile on her face. She hadn’t contacted him and he hadn’t contacted her, normally he would have, she was sure he would have but he was busy too settling with his life finally. It was awkward being a twin to a boy when you were a girl; it really was because people didn’t seem to see the differences somehow. They received literally the same everything when they were children. The same gifts, the same sort of haircuts, the same pocket money; it was always the same between the both of them and no difference. She liked that about their relationship, that one wasn’t more important than the other when it came to people. It would have been pretty bad if both were treated differently to one another because they had personalities that clashed all the time.
She missed her older brother, as weird as it was to say. When she had opted to move to Paris and leaving her brother behind in England, she knew she would be able to see him at any time because they really weren’t that far from one another, just a cross away from the channel of the river and they would be able to see one another. Eurostar would be easy to use and she’d be there in England in under an hour or so, but her brother was getting used to his life now, he was starting to work on things that she had no idea he had interest in. He had changed and she missed her brother because she wasn’t there to see everything he did now, she wasn’t underneath his shadow with him helping her along the way in everything she did even though it did annoy her. The twin thing was annoying at times because they always felt as if they had to help one another. Looking at the clock that hung against the wall in the tattoo parlour, she sighed. She still had to stay in the building for another hour, there were actually a few clients at night but the other artists took them all so she was free to do whatever she wanted.
Her leg vibrated as the phone inside of her pocket vibrated and she raised an eyebrow, wondering who was texting her this late at night. Looking at the screen of her phone as she got it out, she smiled as Oren’s name flashed. She liked Oren; he was one of the only people who understood what she went through because he had a twin too. He was adorable and clingy and she liked that because he didn’t mind if she was clinging on to him too whenever she needed emotional support. Looking up as the door of the parlour opened just under a good ten minutes or so, she smiled, getting off of her lazy butt to go hug him, a pout on her lips. “Awww what’s wrong Oreo?†At his request she put her arms around his neck, pulling him in and closing her eyes. “Did someone say or do anything?†Swaying with him in place from their hug, she waited for him to respond so she could contaminate the person’s blood with needles. No one hurt her Oreo and got away with it. No one at all.

* - - - you flooded through my veinsYOU LEFT ME BROKENOren was very well known for being a drama queen when he wanted. When he was with Nero they liked to play a little couple of drama queen bitches and mess people up. They also guilt tripped people’s asses into oblivion and that’s how they got most of the stuff they did. No, Oren was far from being innocent like most people thought he was. He did a good job by putting up a decent act though. He wasn’t completely twisted and horrible of course, he was a good person and just had a penchant for tricking people every now and then, no harm no foul right? Plus, most people knew that Oren shouldn’t be taken too seriously… or at least they knew that back in his hometown. Here… well he was still a little bit of a drama queen, but that was only around certain people and during certain situations, like this one.
Oren was in one of those moods in which he just wanted to crawl under a rock and die. Yes, he could be so dramatic but it was precisely the reason why he always ran to Rhea in situations like this one. She knew how he felt, and she wouldn’t fall tired of his little weepy moments or his rants mainly because Oren understood how it felt as well and was there for her when she had hers. She was like… her twin from another mother or something like that.
He mimicked her pouty lips and threw his arms around her slender waist. Oren liked hugging people, but more importantly he liked being hugged. Lifting her up from the ground he spun around once before letting her back on her feet. “Yeah, the world is being stupid.” He whined a little before dramatically resting his forehead on her left shoulder which considering the fact she was shorter, looked kinda funny. Pulling his head back up he gave Rhea that look that just said ‘I need love kthx.’ “Naaaw actually, I just hung up with Nero and he’s all ‘omg I got this super job with super awesome artists and I’m super happy to live FIVE FUCKING MILLION THOUSAND MILES AWAY FROM YOU!!” That last statement earned him a few funny looks from the remaining costumers but meh, not like he cared. Of course it’s not what happened during the phone call. Nero mentioned he missed his brother a lot but still sounded happy at being able to live in New York. Oren just took things too badly when he started feeling lonely.
“I’m sorry… why don’t you just ditch me like you should? Ma chérie I don’t even know why you keep putting up with me.” Oren smiled in an almost loving way and again picked Rhea up from the floor. “I’m just upset, he sounded really happy so… can I stay at your place?” There was that clingy side of his. He couldn’t help it though, being attached to a person for twenty years and suddenly being thrown into the world alone did that to him, and it probably would do the same for everyone. At least Rhea didn’t find him annoying… not yet at least.

At the moment she didn’t think that there really needed to be anything to be worried about how her brother was doing, if he had problems he would have called. The both of them were so alike in the fact that they were sort of stubborn, but they weren’t that horrible. They were good with one another and they cared for one another, after all, all they had was each other and that was the way it was going to stay until they died or unless they met their perfect partners. She wasn’t going to act that bad about it or that upset about it because it had been what? A few months or so? It wasn’t that bad and she would get used to it, she couldn’t just rely on her brother for everything, he had his own life and she had her own life now; that was the way it was going to have to be because it wasn’t as if they’d spend the rest of their lives together and that was what Rhea always remembered whenever she became upset when thinking about her brother. She wondered if Oren knew that…that his brother might have his own life and be happy there? But she didn’t want to tell him yet, he was quite childish in the sense that he relied on a lot of people and clung to them and she didn’t want to seem horrible by unveiling this to him. Otherwise he would just be annoyed with her and she liked having Oren in her life; he brought some fun to it.
Holding on to him tightly, she had a frown on her lips, wondering as to why he was upset this time. There were a lot of times he was always upset and she was always there for him listening to whatever problem he had that day; he was adorable though so she couldn’t stay mad at him if it was for some silly little thing. Clinging onto him when he spun her around, she let out a silent ‘Oh’ out of her mouth and sighed when she was finally settled down. Patting his cheek when he gave her that look that made her just want to scoop him up into her arms and hug him, she sighed as he finally told her what was wrong. “Awww, come on Oreo! I’m sure it’s not like that at all; he’s probably missing you as much as you miss him! I’m sure he just sounded like that so you wouldn’t have to worry…” She patted his cheek a little, a reassuring look plastered across her face with a small smile, hoping to cheer the man up as quickly as she could, a sad Oren was always very upsetting.
Holding onto his shoulders as she was picked up, she rolled her eyes as she saw one of her good friends at the parlor wink at her, but she made sure Oren wouldn’t see that otherwise he probably would have taken it the wrong way. Looking down at him with a smile, she gripped onto his shoulders so that she wouldn’t fall. “Yeah right, I don’t think I can ever ditch you dear, you’re too nice for me.” Smiling, she made sure she was put down on the floor before answering. “Of course you can dear, just give me a few minutes to tidy up and grab my things, we’ll be gone in a tick!” Ruffling hi hair, she looked at him, locking eyes with him for a second. “No being upset OK? We’re going to have fun tonight!”

* - - - you flooded through my veinsYOU LEFT ME BROKENSometimes Oren was indeed too much of a child. The worst part was that he knew it. He knew how things were supposed to go, he knew that he was supposed to be getting his own life while Nero ran off and got his own. They weren’t a single being, it didn’t matter how similar they looked and how similar they acted in the end they wouldn’t remain together forever unless they wanted to become an old couple of twin creeps who kept an army of cats inside their old apartment, and Oren didn’t want to become an old cat man. He knew how life worked, but the thing was that he refused to accept it. He wasn’t ready to be thrown at the world by himself but he also understood that the longer he clung to Nero the harder it would be later on. His immature behavior told him to forget about that and just drag his twin back to his side though… but at least there was a less idiotic side that was telling him not to.
The pout in Oren’s lips disappeared as soon as Rhea started talking. She always had that effect on him. She always knew what to say and how to make him feel better. Tilting his head and smiling he merely nodded, understanding what Rhea said and thinking about it. She was probably right, Nero probably missed him as much as he did but Nero was also a lot less childish that Oren, thus he probably didn’t suffer as much as he did.
“If you ditched me I would probably have to cut my veins with a cooked carrot, chérie. I wouldn’t be able to live without my Rhea.” Oren blew a kiss at Rhea as she ruffled his hair. This was exactly what he needed, some good ol’ ‘everything’s gonna be alright and you’re just a paranoid freak’ for Oren to feel better and who was better to provide that than Rhea? No one obviously. Just now Oren finally took the time to look around and see the funny looks Rhea’s co-workers and clients were giving them. Smiling sweetly and not-too-sincerely Oren clasped his hands in front of his lips and bowed his head a litt.e “Pardon” He said as a small apology for the ruckus caused. Turning back to Rhea it was evident that he was much better, less sulky and the sadness went back to the hole it crept out of. “Alright, no being upset. What kind of fun are we going to have? I’m thinking something along the lines of playing drinking games with some old cheesy movie and drink every time a painful cliché comes on, or we can go out. You pick, as you’re the one supposed to cheer me up.” Oren smiled brightly while extending his hands for Rhea to shove her stuff at him. He was quite a French gentleman after all and he wouldn’t let his precious friend carry her stuff back home when he could do the job. “I think I’m a little bit tired of moping. I wanna do something really fun, like… ice skating in the middle of the night or setting something on fire, I don’t know.” Oren grinned innocently as if he hadn’t just suggested breaking into private property and burning a car. He was the practical joker type but so far he hadn’t taken anything too far. He just wanted to have some fun 83

There were moments when Rhea could act like a child; they were fun moments because she could do whatever she wanted without having a care in the world. But because she was twenty-one years old, she was old, she had to know that there were consequences to her childish actions and she was sure that Oren knew the same thing. But he was adorable, and she was the adult in their friendship, it was cute she thought that for once she could act like an adult with someone who was at a similar age to her. She always wondered how Oren was at work and what the students thought of him, it was amusing to think of it in that way. She wondered as to how his brother Nero was, from what she heard of him he was probably the most mature one out of the two, which was slightly bizarre because she would imagine that anyone who looked like Oren would be a child at heart. Though she didn’t want to ask Oren in case the both of them ended up on her sofa, drinking wine and crying about how they missed their siblings. They were always doing that most of the time, well not all the time but the times when they felt lonely and bitter.
Smiling as she saw Oren’s pout disappear, she almost wanted to laugh out loud because he was so adorable. Whenever she was with him, she always felt like pinching his cheeks and cooing. Out of her and her twin, Rhea was probably the childish one too, her brother was more serious…and the bad boy type, that was something that every girl whom she had met told him. Apparently he was good looking to, but since he was her brother, she could never see that. Oren was quite good looking, for someone with a childish attitude, she could go for him but they were friends and he probably was better that way. Though if his twin ever did come down to France, she would probably want him then. It was weird for her to think of her friend and her brother like that but a lot of thoughts like this always went through a girls’ mind.
Putting on a serious face, she raised her eyebrow quizzically at Oren. “Not a cooked carrot! Why would you even think that I could live without you huh? I need my dose of Oren too you know!” Smiling, she twitched her nose at him, it was true that she needed Oren in her life; he was there for her all the time whenever she needed him and they had all the fun they could have whenever they were together. Laughing as he bowed in front of the customers and the employees, she shook her head at him, he was such a child and it was cute. He could tell that some of the ‘harder’ clients were pretending to not smile and looking serious, but her friends and co workers let another roll of their eyes and smiled, they knew Oren far too well like she did since he always ended up coming to the tattoo parlor most of the time. “I think the first, I am up for drinking mostly!” Smiling at him, she handed him her jacket from her hook and grabbed her shoulder bag, putting it around her shoulders and walking ahead. “Setting something on fire?” She raised her eyebrow at him, waving a hand back at her friends and exiting the place. “I think we should go to my apartment and find things to burn then, it does sound like fun. But we should do it sober…just in case my apartment burns down while we’re in a drunken state. Oooh and we should throw things at people below us from my balcony and then hide!” Smiling at Oren, she nodded her head excitedly; she wanted to have as much fun as she wanted him to have.

* - - - you flooded through my veinsYOU LEFT ME BROKENIt wasn’t hard at all for Oren to shift moods like the tides. No, he wasn’t bipolar, but it took little things for him to sway from a foul mood to an amused one. Rhea had the almost magical ability to put him in a good mood despite anything hence why he always ended up gravitating towards her. The proof was in his renewed smile, his stance (clasping Rhea’s coat against his chest while rocking on his heels back and forth) and the fact that he was already planning what to do for the night so he could forget about the fact that his brother was probably smiling at strangers like an idiot.
Speaking of his brother, sometimes Oren wondered how he’d get along with Rhea. Most of the time Nero liked the people Oren liked, and Rhea was plain awesome to Oren’s eyes so he didn’t see a reason for them to dislike each other. Knowing Nero they’d probably get along too well and end up dating or something like that. That was another clear difference between the twins, Oren usually got the girls’ attention due to his sweetness and playful nature but in the end it was Nero the one who got the girls to date him, something Oren didn’t mind one bit. As much of a flirt as he was, he wasn’t really fond of relationships which was the reason why he adored Rhea. They could flirt, they could hug, they could even have sleepovers and it was all as friends. Few people could say that about their friends since apparently everyone liked to get in everyone’s pants in Paris. City of love and all that jazz… Oren figured it had something to do with it.
“Au revoir… a bientot… adieu!” Oren waved his fingers at the people in the parlor before skipping out with Rhea. The idea of drinking and destroying things was certainly appealing. “Alright, first burning things and then getting drunk. I’m thinking we can set some sculptures on fire. The students left them at the classroom and I’ve told them enough times that if they leave their unwanted work in my classroom it will get burned. What kind of professor will I be if I don’t fulfill my threats?” Oren made a fake shocked expression complete with a hand on his chest and a tint of an undignified look as they walked down the street. “Then we can throw them at people… while on fire… I never liked your neighbors much anyway.” Oren’s devious grin indicated he wasn’t joking at all. They wouldn’t harm anyone of course… just behave as little pains in their asses! “As for the drinking game, we can have a Jackass movie marathon and drink every time Johnny Knoxville announces who he is and what the movie is, whenever someone gets pranked, and whenever someone shows physical injuries at the camera.” Oren nodded to confirm the statement. Oh they would end up so drunk and so messed up… but it would be worth it! “All that’s rest is to find out what we’re getting drunk with… what would mademoiselle would want us to buy? I just got my school paycheeeeeeck, so it can be aaaaaanything.” Oren chanted a little, enlarging the vocals and skipping a few steps showing how eager he was. And look at this! Wine store right in front of them! Good thing it was illegal to drink in the streets otherwise he would be beckoning Rhea to chug down a six pack then and there… he couldn’t go to jail while working at the academy after all…

Rhea loved Oren, he was definitely like another brother to her, he knew when she was upset, knew when she was happy and always came to her with his own problems too. It wouldn’t have been a brother slash sister relationship if they didn’t shove problems upon one another would it? There weren’t many twins in the world, there were more than triplets of course but if you actually looked at the figures twins weren’t there quite a lot. The number of twins was slightly growing which was great. She was slightly surprised when she had realised that Oren was a half of a twin, which seemed pretty much normal after a while because Oren acted like the childish one. Whenever Rhea had met twins, which was quite rare, she noticed that there was always one childish one and the other would be the serious one, they could be both childish though but there would still be one who was slightly more mature. In her twin relationship she was probably the…mature one, which she didn’t like actually, but her brother was also slightly mature, maybe if she had a twin sister instead of a brother she would be the childish one or if she was a brother for her brother then her brother would have been the childish one. Sometimes it was difficult to understand which one was childish and which one wasn’t.
Laughing as Oren spoke in French to the customers, she dragged him outside. Even though she was in a French speaking country, she hadn’t learnt that much French yet, after all, if she needed help all she would probably have to do is call up Oren since he seemed to be the expert at it. She was sure he’d up and run to help her anywhere which was fun because she had decided to do that one night when she was coming out from a party, though she stopped herself because it was past four am and he was sure to be asleep, he was like a little kid when he slept so she didn’t want to disturb that even if he would help her. But when he had moments like this, moments when he felt like burning things and drinking well that’s when she realised she probably had to stop treating him like a kid because he wasn’t! He was an adult man but the only problem with her was that she loved to treat him like a little kid, it was just fun to do so. Laughing, she shook her head at him. “Burning your students sculptures? That’s horrible, you’re a mean teacher but I understand what you mean. My teacher threatened to deface my work when I wouldn’t take it home.” Rolling her eyes, she laughed at his question but nodded her head. “Alright then, we’ll grab some of the sculptures along the way, oh and I was sent these hideous curtains from my aunt, let’s burn that too!”
Raising an eyebrow, she looked at Oren. “Then where will I live? They’ll probably kick me out of there after we throw burning sculptures at them. Don’t you care about my sanity Oren? What if I turn crazy because my conscience turns me that way? It’ll be all your fault!” She poked his chest while she was jabbing her finger with each word she spoke, not too hard though to make him hurt himself but it was funny. Letting out a loud laugh, that some people turned to look at both Oren and Rhea, she nodded her head eagerly. “I think that’s the best idea you’ve had in a long while dear, a Jackass movie marathon it is, we’re going to get so drunk!” She loved the idea of getting drunk and the fact that she didn’t have to go into work the next day was so much better, it meant that she could lie in bed and do nothing but nurse the hangover that she’d have. Holding onto Oren’s arm to join in with the little skips that he was doing, she looked at the wine store ahead of them thoughtfully as she wondered what they should drink. “We need champagne, I want champagne from your pay check, oh and we’ll make cocktails as well so buy some Vodka bottles, and we definitely need some beer, though I’ve got quite a few at home but I think you should buy some more just in case.” Looking up at Oren with a raised eyebrow, she sighed. “What else do we need? Come on Oren think of more!” Still holding onto his arm, she jumped up and down a little, her voice whiny like a little child.

* - - - you flooded through my veinsYOU LEFT ME BROKENUpon finding Rhea here in France, Oren felt like he won the lottery. Twins were scarce, that was a fact, and the only time he ever saw a big bunch of pairs of twins gathered up was once when he and Nero were ten years old and their parents took them to America for vacations, to a ‘twin camp’ where a lot of people and their twins went for vacations on a yearly basis. It had been fun, they exchanged twins, they learned how to talk slang in English and they even got themselves cute ten year old girlfriends. Too bad Oren refused to kiss the girl and they broke up too soon. Honestly, most of the times Oren would prefer to kiss his own brother than any girl. Yes, he was bi, but sometimes girls were too crazy for his liking. Not Rhea though, she was the perfect combination of brother/sister/twin and awesome. They clung to each other’s legs and it wasn’t annoying. Oren would gladly run to her side at 4 am in the morning if she asked for it. Hell, there were a lot of things he’d do for Rhea that he wouldn’t do for anyone else. That’s how brothers from another mother worked. Oren was really so glad he found her.
The night was cold enough to be used an excuse to get drunk and to be blue. It was also a very good excuse to do stupid things in Oren’s book. Well, when you wanted to do stupid things anything could work as an excuse, just like right now. “Oh believe me, some of those statues are definitely better off as flying torches. I believe they left them inside the school to give the cleaning staff nightmares.” Ok, that was harsh, but it was true. Oren never had it easy while studying art and he didn’t see the reason to give students false hope and claim their sculptures were good when they clearly weren’t. It was best to let them know the truth so they could improve and do something worth exhibiting in a gallery. They were already third years which is what worried Oren slightly. Perhaps some of them were better off drawing and painting than sculpting. At least they left Oren with some interesting burning material.
Rhea’s raised eyebrow along with her expression and her subsequent jabbing of his chest threw Oren into a giggly fit. He half slapped her hand away trying to stop the tickling feeling. “Oh shush, you’d live with me of course! The sap nights would turn into daily sessions though, and I don’t think we would be able to keep each other sane and healthy for too long. Maybe we could get a cat and die as old cat people…” Oren tapped his bottom lip with a thoughtful index before shaking his head violently, his brown locks flying around “Naaaaah, animals hate me.” He laughed out loud as he entered the liquor store. “Bonsoir” He waved sweetly at the clerk before grabbing a cart and pushing it around the corridors. “Alright, champagne… here’s the vodka… and some of this beer because it tastes nice and it’s cold already. Some of this stuff for more cocktails annnnd… this red looking bottle because it’s pretty. If it’s pretty, it must taste nicely. Pick whatever you want! Tonight I'm treating you~” Oren spoke as they made their way down the corridors and he picked up the bottles. By the time they were done the merry chimes of bottles hitting each other filled the almost empty store as Oren placed them on the counter. “We must seem like horrible alcoholics.” Oren made a semi-dramatic pose after noticing the curious look the clerk was giving them. “Merci beaucoup! ” Oren once again waved cutely as he carried the several bags equipped with their nightly diversion.
Outside Oren had to place the bags on the floor. Reaching down he pulled a six pack and opened one for Rhea. “Not drinking in the streets is overrated. Plus, we’ll have to break in the school to get those sculptures so we better do it with a little help, salute!” He grinned and chugged down the beer at an almost alarming speed. Oren was feeling pretty reckless tonight and who better to do it than with Rhea? “Allons-y!”
[/b] He pointed down the street and held onto Rhea’s arm with his free one while carrying a good share of the bags with the other one. The school wasn’t far and he knew where the security guards kept a key to the main gate so… it’d be easy cakes!! (trololol right….) Her brother was being missed, that was a true fact. Harry and her had never really spent a moment apart, which sounded pretty weird but it was true, of course rather than the whole bathroom thing and sleeping thing, they were always together. Sometimes there was that wish that they looked like one another so they could confuse people by changing into one another, but alas, that wasn’t for them. Though they did come to the conclusion that if Harry ever wore a wig or if Rhea shaved her head or cut it to be really short like a guys’, they would look like one another. They never bothered to try it though. Chuckling, she shook her head. “Alright then, but if I get into trouble I’m definitely taking you down with me Oren, no matter what.” She looked at him sternly, as much as she could, hoping to keep that serious face on but she burst out into giggles. She could never stay so serious with Oren; he was just too adorable and childish to ever act like that with.
They were always touchy feely with one another, both Oren and Rhea, he was an amazing guy, she was sure of it. There didn’t seem to be hidden secrets in his past or anything like that which could throw Rhea’s life into a frenzy (yes, she read a lot of stories and watched a lot of movies). He just seemed like an all around, normal, nice, friendly guy who just really missed his twin and that was that. Laughing as he tried to push her hand away and shook her head. “Sorry darling, I don’t think I want to stay upset for that long, but if you really needed me to stay with you then I would have. I don’t want to turn into those cat ladies Oren; I want to do something fun in life, don’t you? We should go paint balling…or bungee jumping, or something really exciting. Like skydiving!” She slapped Oren’s chest as the thought suddenly made its way into her head. “Yes, oh my gosh! Why didn’t I think of it before? Why don’t we go skydiving Oreo?!” She looked at Oren with wide eyes, hoping that they could do something like that, it would be fun right? She needed some sort of adrenaline and excitement in her life.
The clerk at the liquor store gave the both of them a look as if they were going to be trouble in the store, yeah right, they were just being friendly. She noticed that whenever she was with Oren, people seemed to give them quite a few looks, maybe it was because of their noise levels or because of the way Oren was just nice to everyone? If people weren’t nice to each other, where would anyone get in this world though? At least that was one ting she had learned from being with Oren, though she didn’t greet people like he always did…she was trying to be nice at least! She laughed as Oren began picking up random bottles as well as stuff form her list, she added in a few bottles here and there, ones that caught her eye and ones that she had never tried before; this was going to be a fun night and she was pumping herself up for it. “We’re not alcoholics by the way, we’re just having a party.” She explained to the clerk, which just looked as if he didn’t care. Rhea shrugged her shoulders, who cared if he didn’t believe them?
Taking one of the drinks Oren had passed her, she opened it quite quickly, downing half of it in a few seconds and sighing in content as the rush of cool drink ran down her body and hit her stomach. “Mmm yummy, we are going to get so hammered tonight!” Gripping onto Oren’s arm as they linked to each other, she walked down the street with him, taking another long sip of her drink. “Haha, oh God. Are we seriously going to do it Oreo? Really?” She shook her head, she thought Oren probably had the statues in his house or something, but breaking into the school…? That was something new for her. Finishing off the drink, she bent down; putting it to the curb so there wouldn’t be any accidents. “Alright then, on we go my dear!”

* - - - you flooded through my veinsYOU LEFT ME BROKEN“Oh m’dear, I would love to go down with you. Most respectable way to go down in my opinion, with a companion!” Oren said solemnly and with his voice high, feeling the little heat alcohol provided fill up his body as he chucked the empty can inside the nearest public waste basket. It was another of Oren’s good traits: loyalty. He would rather go down with someone than letting them sink on their own. He wasn’t only loyal to his brother, he was loyal with friends and even a little bit too loyal with people he wasn’t exactly familiar with. His family had just taught him to be like that, to depend on others so that they could depend on him in turn but well… Oren took the ‘depend on others’ part a bit too far. He would never abandon Rhea of course. It was his idea to burn things and get drunk so if anything happened and things went wrong he’d be there to claim the entire guilt. Nothing would go wrong though! What possibly could go wrong with a pair of drunken friends breaking into the school? Pshhh nothing!!!
Rhea’s response to the cat-lady thing was more or less what Oren was thinking. He didn’t want to mope for the rest of his life but invariably he found himself doing it. It was just a bump in the rode though, or that’s what he wanted to believe. He knew that dethatching yourself from your other half was hard but it had to be done. The process was painful and Oren would rather back off and whine for life’s mercy but he was too far into the road to trace back. He was a big man now! Grown up! With a job! And Rhea was right, there were a lot of things he wanted to do in life, and if he had to do them without his brother then so be it. “Skydiving?” Oren asked, barely able to pronounce the word. They didn’t have that stuff in his little town, but he wasn’t any hermit either, he had a good idea of what skydiving was. “You can do that here in Paris? Because if not we’ll have to find somewhere we can do it!” Rhea’s excitement was rubbing on him. True, he didn’t like heights… like at all… but the wild side of his brain that was telling him to do things he’d regret not doing later in life was bigger. “At least you didn’t suggest running with the bulls in Pamplona. My Spanish sucks.” He wrinkled his nose in a funny way before stopping in front of the school building. “Here we are!” This nightly activity also counted as something they just had to do, right? One of those things you could do and then sit fifty years later with your grandchildren on your lap and tell them the story of how you broke into the school grounds and did stupid stuff just for the fun of doing it.
By now Oren had downed three more beers, and while it wasn’t enough to send him in a drunken state it was enough to make him feel completely hyped. “Wait a second chérie, and keep our bottles safe.” He winked at Rhea as he stood in front of one of the several side doors to the school. This one led to the courtyard and Oren knew from his several chats with the security guards that they only passed around that place once every two hours after 8 pm, and hey-lo, it was later than that already. Extending his arms in front of his chest he did a couple squats for warming up. “Wish me luck love!” He smiled, completely amused and jumped up a small ledge that in turn would let him reach the higher part of the wall. Carefully avoiding the security wire… or not so carefully… he actually cursed a little in his native tongue when his shirt got caught in the pointy edges but soon enough he rid himself from the trap and disappeared behind the bricked wall. A few muffled sounds and what sounded like a heavy sack of potatoes hitting the floor came from behind the door but soon enough the metallic sound of the door cracking open could be heard and Oren appeared (a little shaken up) from behind the door. “ Bienvenue mademoiselle to La Lumineuse~“ he moved aside to let Rhea in, confident that the guards were either fast asleep or checking out the other side of the school.
