HISTORY, Sebastien Oliver Soucy comes from an upper class family known all around the world for their art and owning the La lumineuse private academy. He was born as the second child but only a year apart from his sister Heloise. Being so close in age, the two grew up to be a lot a like and at each others necks most of the time. They never got along and always played games to see who was better. The Soucy siblings are extremely competitive and for good reasons. Even though he'd prefer to stay out of her way, that's just not Sebastien. He is purposely manipulative just to get on her nerves. It has been like that since they were children when their parents use to leave them at home with the nanny and it is still the same to this day.
Being raised in riches, there had always been high expectations for Sebastien. He may not have to become the Headmistress of the academy like his sister but he was certainly pressured into the family business of art. Not necessarily to make it but to help sell it. Once he got into his teens and started going to the academy for writing, his father would take him on a few business trips here and there to show him the ropes. Trips that were close enough so he didn't miss a lot of school. Sebastien loved going but he cared less about selling art and more about the history of it. Often, his adventures would give him inspiration to write and it has always been a dream of his to travel but it's not something expected of him. If his parents were to find out that he wanted to up and leave Paris when the time came, they would be mortified. The pressures of pleasing them keep him in balance but from time to time he likes to break away.
Nothing is perfect about the Soucy son. He isn't as angelic as most liked to assume. Seb preferes to be spontaneous and likes to fool around. Parties and sleeping around is a thing of his but mainly it's for status and to make himself known. He tries to keep his scandalous behavior on the down low but its only so long before his parents find the truth behind their children.
