Sal has two sides to him. His nice sweet side then the side you don't dare to cross. Sal is always nice and has a smile on his face then if you said or do something to piss him off the mean and jerk side comes out. He has a problem with his heart sometimes because showing his feelings or showing how he cares for someone cost him his sisters. Sal is a person you usual see a smile on his face but if you make him mad or cross him the angry comes out. He has a temper just like dear old dad. He trying to learn how not show emotions when killing someone because he want to make his father proud.
Sal loves always having girls around him and sleeping with them. He doesn't like when he is rejected. Sal is very secretive and has even his friend Damon fooled because he doesn't want people knowing he is a mob leader. HISTORY,
Salvatore was the first born to giovanni and isabella. He wasn't the last born to the family. The order was girl, girl, boy, boy, then twin girls. He was eleven by the time his mother was done having children. He always closest with there father and found out at the age of sixteen that he was born into a mob family. Salvatore had also found out his mother was order to be killed. He didn't know why but his father told him the reason. He had found out that his mother had slept with another man and you never do that to a mob boss especially his father since he had the worst temper which Sal had inherited. He also had found out that his twin sister the last who were born were not his father's children. His mother had lied to his father and told her that they were his, that was the second reason why his father was going to kill his mother. His mother ran to Sal being the oldest and told him to take there siblings somewhere there father wouldn't know about. He was stuck in the middle because he was order to stay in Italy because his father wanted to keep tabs on his children.
Sal had to fight his father for not also killing his sister's because he didn't want his siblings to die. His father Giovanni promise Sal but his second in command hit Sal in the head and threw him in the back of the Italian car and put the rest of the siblings in the car when they were sleeping and shipped them off to Scotland for two years. When Sal woke up he notice them in a different country and his mother and the twins were missing. Sal had also notice they all were sporting tattoo's and Sal's was the same as his father. He was mark as the next leader because he was called back to Italy and was told that his mother and the twins were dead. Sal want to kill his father but his dad had other plans for him. Sal had notice his goons were there waiting for him because they were told to give him a beating because his heart was on his sleeve when he tried saving siblings who weren't really Lombardi blood. After Sal was beaten they told him he need to go to school because his father wanted him to be a doctor since he had many plans for him.
Sal of course listen to them because he didn't want to die. He went to medical school and became a doctor around the age of twenty-four. Sal was told by his father that he was needed for a mission to kill because they didn't listen. Sal took the job but before he was trained to make sure he had everything he needed to carry out the mission. Sal is a good doctor but he knows how to poison a person, which medicines are deadly and how long it takes to kill a person and torture was one of his many gifts. After he finish's this mission he plans to find and kill his father because he doesn't want the man who killed his mother and sister's to live anymore.
