No, she doesn’t like working at all; she discovered it’s much easier to grab a man who can give you what you need and want.
You can say she is a gold digger and you will be right. Kaleigh is a skilled liar and has the look of innocence girls will kill for. She has a way of talking people into doing whatever she wants whenever she wants it and making them believe they take pleasure in doing so. Certainly she is not a dumb blonde, though you can mistake her for one, playing dumb is easier than showing her real cards sometimes, then you will find you can’t walk over her. Kaleigh is not evil but she has character and a very strong personality with a very corrupted mind that seeks acceptance and reaches for perfection. Despise her desire to please and be praised and admired, she won’t do whatever you want her to if it goes against her principles which aren’t many. She will only date you if you can afford her whims and desires because well, first is money and looks and then is love. The fact that she goes for the money first doesn’t mean she won’t care for the guys she date, in fact she will be sweet and adorable all the time she is with the guy just to keep on his good side, that’s until she finds someone richer or the guy dumps her. She can be… a bit demanding if needed and sarcastic sometimes, she can act like a pain in the ass and like a spoiled brat but that depends of the people surrounding her.
Kaleigh will put effort and time in the relationship; she is after all a good girl. She is healthy, works on her body and takes care of her beauty since that is the most important thing for her. Yes, she is a material girl and very superficial and also a perfectionist, always making sure everything is the way it should be and looking the best she can. But if she is interested in you for whatever reason, she will make the effort of getting to know you, and once she does you will have a good friend. She has her tantrums and can be quite childish sometimes but she will have a piece of advice for you if you need it. Kaleigh grow up in a nice house but not nice enough for her, surrounded by the money her friends showed around the school she always tried to reach for something more, she tried to be in the ‘it’ group all her life, especially during high school. As a kid Kaleigh was cheerful and nice, she loved to play with her older sister and her cousin and acted just like every other child would, she was a little bounce of energy. The problems started when she grew up and went to school, her parents tried to afford one of the elite schools in town to give her the best education and they had to work very hard, Kaleigh was very grateful and happy for the effort but once she got there her life turned into hell.
Kaleigh realized she didn’t belong there and had to work very hard to get into the ‘its’ of the elite school. She wanted to be someone, to be like everyone else that was surrounding her, to please them and be praised. Kaleigh wanted to be popular. So day after day she tried to hide the fact she wasn’t as rich as them, saving all her money to buy expensive clothes and phones, fighting with her parents for not having enough. She found shelter in her sister and cousin, but the year Kaleigh turned fourteen her sister married a college mate and move out of the house and town. That was a big blow in her life, she lost one of her biggest supports and Kaleigh started to run wild and more demanding, the pressure getting into her. She still had her cousin who supported her and tried to make her life a bit better but soon her aunt Rhoda found a job in Paris. The year Kaleigh entered High school she found herself completely alone in a pool of rich sharks and the pressure was too much. She wanted to be like them, the parties in the pool, the expensive cars in the parking lot of the school… but since she couldn’t have it she paid it off with her parents.
All her effort though was well paid; she got into the ‘in crowd’ and was best friend of the popular richest girls of the high school which only put more pressure on her. It was then when she discovered dating rich boys provided her of the expensive things she needed and was very well taken care of and lavished with expensive trips and gifts. When Kaleigh turned eighteen her parents decided to send her with her aunt to Paris and since then she had been living there with her cousin. But she is not the same kid he left back there. Though she had calmed down a bit and a lot of the pressure put on her was eased being so far away from her ‘friends’ she still wished to be like the stars she saw on TV, the models, and of course being in the Capital of Fashion and wealthy people didn’t help her forget her dreams.
