running . if there ever was a person that was good at running away from her past, and from people in the present, it would be charlotte. ever since her first relationship and the way that relationship fell apart, charlotte hasn't had a strong relationship. whenever she becomes scared or feels the other person isn't into the relationship anymore, she leaves. it ranges whether she tells them it's over or whether she just leaves, because she's done both. almost all of them were on bad terms eventually because a couple of the people tried to run after her, but to put it in nice terms.. she ran faster than they could. it was hard for them to keep up with her.
depression . as much as she dislikes depression and sadness, she has it anyway. she's grown to dislike it because of how often she has it. generally charlotte drinks when she's in her depression, though she does go on walks when she's depressed. when she's drunk, she usually stays home and literally sits in a corner and cries, because she doesn't like where she has ended up.
social . charlotte is a completely social person when it comes to her job and then some. she loves to joke around with people and have a good time, and people are generally happiest when they have had a couple of beers in them. she does stay around when some one is depressed though, because she doesn't like to see some one down like she usually is.

HISTORY, charlotte grew up in a home where her father always had the say so, no matter what her mother thought. her brother was always put down by her father because her father felt he never did good enough. charlotte was the first person to step out of line when she was fifteen years old, because she fell in love with a girl. it wasn't anything that she had planned, wasn't even aware that she was attracted to girls at the time, but when she met the girl in one of her school classes, they connected right away. for five months they dated secretly, their emotional connection on a new level. a level that charlotte didn't understand because of the household that she was raised in.
not even a month later charlotte and her girlfriend fell apart. there was no doubt that charlotte's girlfriend fought for her, but charlotte's father shipped charlotte off to america for a couple years, and they never heard from each other again. in the end, charlotte had told her girlfriend straight faced that she wasn't a lesbian and that she should move on. when charlotte turned eighteen, she moved back to paris, and started to make her rounds with girls. she had been with a couple of girls in america as well, but her father never knew that. all of the girls that she's dated now, she's left behind out of habit.
