this is simon. he has audio-visual synesthesia. if you're like "wtf is that?" it's explained in the last paragraph of his personality on his profile ;3 it's his first year at La lumineuse. he's in music. he's excellent at the guitar & drums. he's dabbled in other instruments as well. he's also fantastic at writing music. not to mention his voice isn't too shabby either. simon was born & raised in vancouver, washington. at age fifteen he joined a band with older friends of his sister's. when he was seventeen the band was scouted and signed to a medium-sized label.

shortly after his eighteenth birthday -- while the band was finishing up their first studio record -- simon was at a party. so were the other band members. so was one of the band member's wives. she came on to simon and things heated up until they were discovered by a very angry husband. the short-lived fling resulted in a divorce. that didn't sit well with simon. he eventually agreed to be kicked from the band because of the tension caused by his mistake.

in an effort to escape his guilt decided to pick up and move around the globe to paris, france on a whim. no he doesn't know a word of french aside from "bonjour." it's alright though, give him a chance. he's likely the nicest person you'll ever meet. despite what brought him here simon is a total sweetheart and an extreme goofball who adores making people laugh. if he can't get a smile he'll be the shoulder to cry on. fair warning though, the whole "almost losing his v-card to a married woman" thing has made him hella awkward about romance.

TL;DR

friends; simon is undeniably easy to get along with. he'll probably make tons of friends. he's reliable and a class clown. his smile is infectious. while he gets uncomfortable around people who are upset he'll never hesitate to grab them up in an enormous bear hug and do what he can to bring a bit of cheer to their day.

haters; honestly he isn't an aggressive person by any means. however i'm sure if someone really wanted they could make an enemy of him. it might be one-sided since he'll forgive over and over again, but still.

lovers; this one could be interesting. simon is still a virgin as of right now and after nearly umf'ing his old band member's wife he's a immensely put off on the romance front. he tends to be oblivious to people being into him and does his best not to develop interest in anyone else. he knows he likes girls but he's had a few "man-crushes" in his life as well. so far he's pretty naive to the idea of being with a guy.

anything and everything else your black, twisted little heart desires! i love plots with a passion.

woooh! so first of all i have to say that kevin is adorable, but i said it already so D<

and secondly, thought i should throw ike at you since yanno... pretty obvious here <.< but other than that, i think they would get along just fine! so ike is my third year musician and he has a lot in common with simon. they're both cheerful and try to cheer people up as well. ike is a total dreamer. he wants to make a living out of singing and will do anything to achieve it, he encourages people to dream big and is generally that happy neighbor next door kinda kid who has friends all over the school~

i'm thinking maybe ike could act as some sort of tour guide for simon seeing he doesn't speak french (ike's french is a bit choppy but he survives xD) and he's also older than simon. plus, ike has the tendency to help younger students and show them around and stuff. maybe then ike could somehow learn simon was in a band and ike kinda happens to be a fan of that band (and maybe he'll fawn a little... >.>) and idk, friendship shenanigans!!!

N'awww that sounds adorbs ;~; I can definitely see them getting along really well. Simon would immensely appreciate someone "showing him the ropes" and all that jazz.

I'm sure the band could get brought up somehow xP maybe Ike could have it on in his car or on headphones or something and Simon can be all o///o "ohman." He'd probably be a bit uncomfortable discussing it buuuuut it might eventually do him some good if he vents about his whole "I AM SO ASHAMED" bit.

fiore is mah baby from italy, he has a bit of a complicated story but it's not important at the moment!!!

ok so... fiore is also a first year and a musician as well but he's more of a lyricist than anything. he's very easy going but has a bit of a temper so i think he and simon could go two ways: a very nice friendship (where fiore will flirt a little with simon because he can >.>) where they work in tandem writing songs orrrr a slight friendly rivalry where they just... compete to compose stuff and things like that~ either way... i think fiore will flirt... idk his muse says he will >.>

for the most part i think a friendship would be more likely D; just 'cause simon never stays mad at anyone and even if fiore got all explosive at him he'd just be like "loll ok dood. sry. let's hug it out." I think the flirting would be suuuuper interesting xD considering simon doesn't really have any idea that he's interested in guys as well as girls at this point. i mean D: he'd probs see fiore and be like "nommy." but write it off at that because : | it's just what he does. he's a sillyhead. if fiore flirted with him he'd probs either try to completely ignore it or if it was super obvious end up flustered and confused but try to play it cool. keep it on the low down and all. psh. xD simon would for certain be down with writing songs together too. he loves him some songwriting.

oh believe me, he'd be blunt! but in a playful way~ and lol! the 'let's hug it out' thing actually made me laugh ♥♥ i think simon will sometimes get in fiore's nerves but at the same time he'll just be like 'lol i can't hate you~' and continue with the flirting.

I can see them being quite good friends! Both are really nice and quite easy to get along with so I can see them making friends easily! Scarlett will probably treat him like a younger brother and I can just see them being nice with one another and giving each other bear hugs, meeting up for coffee...etc. So good friends and some sort of a brother/sister relationship?

Parker is a real gentlemen and sweetheart, and since they are both in the same department of this academy, I can see them being friends? Parker isn't a person who likes to talk to people because he's quite shy but maybe Simon can go up to him and they can make friends then?

oh goodness, he's so cute. simon is not shy by any means so i can certainly see him being the one to initiate conversation between the two. if he saw parker acting down one day or something he'd try to cheer him up. otherwise maybe he can be pulling a goofy stunt and end up bumping into parker and that could spark a talk as well~ idkidk. either way he'd probably adore the kiddo once they got to know each other. if you'd like to start their relationship off more on ground zero rather than them already knowing one another then maybe we can feel it out from there?
