HISTORY, gabby was born the youngest child of the hallenvale children, her oldest brother (who was ten when she was born) liked having a new baby in the house. gabby was raised a bit differently from the boys who were all raised knowing they were to take over different branches of the hallenvale company that their father had created, gabby was mostly raised by her mother who taught her to read and write while they boys were off with their private tutors.
by the time she was fourteen gabby was entering modeling competitions as she had nothing else to do with her spare time seeing as most of her brothers had left the hallenvale home to work but continuously came back for holidays and weekends so her home was never empty, but a terrible incident occurred when gabby was fifteen. her father had a friend over to discuss business, her fathers friend became increasingly drunk and when her father left his study to go and make arrangements for a driver to take his friend home the man left the room. gabby had been coming out of the bathroom on the floor her fathers study was on and saw the man, giving him a small smile she tried to pass him but to no avail. he grabbed her and dragged her into a near by room, her oldest brother, jack, who had just come back home heard his sister screaming ran to her and discovered the man raping his sister. jack who had never been a violent man attacked the man to get him away from his sister.
after that incident gabby withdrew from everyone around her and the world, her mother noticed that she was becoming increasingly paranoid. she never left her bedroom door open for more than a moment and kept her bedroom windows continuously shut. her father knew something was dreadfully wrong with his daughter when she attacked one of the house staff when he entered her room, she injured the man with a piece of wood she had managed to break off her cupboard. she didn’t see a staff of the house, she only saw the man who raped her. her father called for a psychiatrist to come and evaluate gabby (as if didn’t look good if a member of his family went to a psychiatric hospital) and she was diagnosed with schizophrenia from her attack and was quickly medicated.
gabby slowly returned to her life and started going outside again and the press had a field day seeing the youngest hallenvale out and about, gabby continued with her private tutoring lessons and passed with flying colours. she moved to paris to live by herself and to attend la lumineuse.
